You know who you want, now go ask if they want you too.

  • Make the Call:

    • Reach out to the target. This could be casual or formal — just start the conversation and see if they’re interested.

  • NDA Time:

    • Before you exchange anything sensitive, get that Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed. Protect the details.

  • LOI/Term Sheet:

    • If they're interested, send a Letter of Intent (LOI) or Term Sheet.

    • This is the rough outline — price, structure (asset or stock?), timelines, and any big terms. It’s a handshake, not a deal. Yet.
